Reactivity of a N-Coordinated Germylene-Borane Complex: From Ge→B to Ge→Ga Coordination

Reactivity studies of the Ge^II→B complex L(Cl)Ge⋅BH₃ ( 1 ; L=2-Et₂NCH₂-4,6-tBu₂-C₆H₂) were performed to determine the effect on the Ge^II→B donation. N-coordinated compounds L(OtBu)Ge⋅BH₃ ( 2 ) and [LGe⋅BH₃]₂ ( 3 ) were prepared. The possible tuning of the Ge^II→B interaction was proved experimentally, yielding compounds 1-PPh₂-8-(LGe)-C₁₀H₆ ( 4 ) and L(Cl)Ge⋅GaCl₃ ( 5 ) without a Ge^II→B interaction. In 5 , an unprecedented Ge^II→Ga coordination was revealed. The experimental results were complemented by a theoretical study focusing on the bonding in 1 − 5 . The different strength of the Ge^II→E (E=B, Ga) donation was evaluated by using energy decomposition analysis. The basicity of different L(X)Ge groups through proton affinity is also assessed.     

Highly diastereoselective multicomponent synthesis of polysubstituted 2-hydroxy-2-trifluoromethylpiperidineswith four and five stereogenic centers

The Michael–Mannich cascade cyclization of cyano olefins, ethyl 4,4,4-trifluoro-3-oxobutanoate, aromatic aldehydes and ammonium acetate provides convenient stereoselective formation of ethyl 5,5-dicyano-4,6-diaryl-2-hydroxy-2-(trifluoromethyl)piperidine-3-carboxylates with fourstereogenic centers and dialkyl 4,6-diaryl-5-cyano-2-hydroxy-2-(trifluoromethyl)piperidine-3,5-dicarboxylates with five stereogenic centers. Ammonium acetate plays dual role, acting as a base and as a nitrogen source.     

New thieno[3,2-b]indole conjugates with 5-(methylene)rhodanine-3-acetic acid in dye-sensitized solar cells

Five new dyes with D–π–A structure bearing 5-(methylene)-rhodanine-3-acetic acid as an acceptor-anchoring part and thieno[3,2-b]indole or benzo[g]thieno[3,2-b]indole as an electron-donating part were synthesized and applied as photosensitizers for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). In addition, thermal stability, optical and electrochemical properties of these dyes were investigated. The highest PCE value of 1.09% (J_sc = 3.01 mA cm^–2, V_oc = 0.53 V, FF = 0.69) was achieved for DSSC based on benzo[g]thieno[3,2-b]indole dye under AM 1.5G irradiation.     

3.0T MRI检查结合X线钼靶诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的研究

本研究探讨3.0T磁共振成像(MRI)结合X线钼靶诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的价值。采用回顾性研究方法,选取乳腺肿块患者110例162个病灶,给予3.0T MRI及X线钼靶检查。经病理确诊为恶性病变101个;恶性病灶形态不规则、边缘毛刺、时间-信号强度曲线(TIC)类型Ⅲ型和早期增强率≥60%比例明显高于良性病灶(P<0.05),而分叶状比例和表观扩散系数(ADC)值明显低于良性病变(P<0.05);恶性病变X线钼靶表现:形态不规则、钙化、结构不对称和大导管征比例明显高于良性病变(P<0.05);MRI联合X线钼靶诊断乳腺恶性病变的灵敏性、准确性和阴性预测值明显高于MRI诊断(P<0.05)。3.0T MRI检查结合X线钼靶诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤有较好的价值。     

Comprehensive performance of a ball-milled La0.5Pr0.5Fe11.4Si1.6B0.2Hy/Al magnetocaloric composite

Due to the hydrogen embrittlement effect, La(Fe,Si)₁₃-based hydrides can only exist in powder form, which limits their practical application. In this work, ductile and thermally conductive Al metal was homogeneously mixed with La_0.5Pr_0.5Fe_11.4Si_1.6B_0.2 using the ball milling method. Then hydrogenation and compactness shaping of the magnetocaloric composites were performed in one step via a sintering process under high hydrogen pressure. As the Al content reached 9 wt.%, the La_0.5Pr_0.5Fe_11.4Si_1.6B_0.2H_y/Al composite showed the mechanical behavior of a ductile material with a yield strength of ~44 MPa and an ultimate strength of 269 MPa accompanied by a pronounced improvement in thermal conductivity. Due to the ease of formation of Fe-Al-Si phases and the several micron and submicron sizes of the composite particles caused by ball milling process, the magnetic entropy change of the composites was substantially reduced to ~1.2 J/kg· K-1.5 J/kg· K at 0 T-1.5 T.     

氧化铝/氮化硅双层膜晶硅钝化的开尔文探针力显微镜研究

对晶体硅(c-Si)太阳能电池而言, 氧化铝(AlOx)是一种广泛使用的钝化材料, 因为它具有优异的沉积保形性和良好的钝化质量. 为了确保AlOx发挥其良好的钝化效果, 在沉积后退火并氢化处理是必不可少的. 通过在AlOx薄膜上沉积氢化氮化硅(SiNx:H)来实现氢化, 利用开尔文探针力显微镜研究了在不同热处理和氢化作用下, AlOx/SiNx:H双层薄膜功函数的变化, 并基于沉积薄膜所含氢与固定电荷展开了讨论. 发现钝化质量和功函数之间有相关性, 影响因素包括薄膜厚度、氢化与热处理顺序.     

基于Green-Naghdi模型与三相延迟模型的耦合热弹性波传播

研究了基于G-N模型与三项延迟模型的热弹性波的传播特征.在各种广义热弹性理论中,热位移概念的引入使得G-N模型具有独特性质而引起广泛的关注和应用.基于G-N模型,最近一个三相延迟模型被提出.主要研究了这两种模型下第一和第二声波(耦合热弹性波)的色散和衰减特性,分析了温度场和位移场在两种模型下的振幅比和相位差.结果发现三相延迟模型更为通用和灵活,应得到更多的关注与应用.     

Optimization of Transducer Location for Novel Non-Intrusive Methodologies of Diagnosis in Diesel Engines

The health monitoring has been studied to ensure integrity of design of engine structure by detection, quantification, and prediction of damages. Early detection of faults may allow the downtime of maintenance to be rescheduled, thus preventing sudden shutdown of machines. In cylinder pressure developed, vibrations and noise emissions data provide a rich source of information about condition of engines. Monitoring of vibrations and noise emissions are novel non-intrusive methodologies for which positioning of various transducers are important issue. The presented work shows applicability of these diagnosis methodologies adopted in case of diesel engines. The effects of changing various fuel injection parameters was analyzed. Scope of using non-intrusive technique has been analyzed by changing locations of microphone. Novelty of this worklies in exploring signal processing methods for various locations around the engine test set up. Various frequency ranges of contributing noise and vibration sources were identified. Time-Frequency analysis showed the onset of various cyclic. Based on the identification of various frequency bands, it is possible to device suitable filters in order to extract more information.
